How to Measure Your Foot for the Right Size
To select the correct size from our chart, follow these steps:

Measure Your Foot Length
- Place your heel against a wall on a flat surface.
- Lay a ruler or measuring tape along the floor, starting at the wall.
- Stand with your full weight on both feet and measure to the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

Choose the Right Size from the Chart
- Our size chart shows the length of the last (the mold the shoe is built on), not the foot length.
- For a proper fit, select a size 3-5mm longer than your foot measurement.

Adjust for Wide Feet
- If you have wide feet, we recommend choosing one size larger for a more comfortable fit.
Following these guidelines ensures a snug yet comfortable fit for optimal performance on the road or track.

The main compartment is for a change of clothes and/or your helmet. The shoulder strap pockets fit a phone, a gel or a granola bar and there is a mesh side pocket that holds your water bottle. In the smaller, easy access, pockets you can put smaller stuff like a wallet or sunglasses.
