Return Procedure

Cádomotus offers a self-service return process through your online account.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Select the order and items you wish to return.
  3. Choose a return reason.
  4. Follow the instructions to ship the item back.

When Returns Are Not Accepted:

  • The item matches the description, and Cádomotus can prove this.
  • The 30-day trial period has expired, and you no longer want the item.
  • The order was delivered, and Cádomotus has proof of delivery.
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned due to their unique and handcrafted nature.

Returning Items from Inside and Outside the EU

Return shipping costs for items ordered are the customer's responsibility.

You can choose your shipping method when returning a product
. However, return costs are your responsibility, and fees may vary depending on the carrier.

To avoid additional customs duties and VAT in case you return from outside the EU, follow these steps:

  1. Attach proof that the returned goods were originally shipped from the EU to the outside of the parcel and label it as "Customs Documents".
  2. Acceptable proof includes:
    • An original or certified copy of the DHL export declaration (authenticated by EU authorities).
    • Documentation proving the goods have not been altered, such as tracking their import, storage, and re-export records.

Failure to provide this documentation may result in additional charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
