  • Worldwide Destinations: For countries outside Europe, we ship with DHL Express.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders that meet the following thresholds:

  • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
  • Europe: Free shipping on orders of €200 or more

Customers in the United States

Our triathlon cycling shoes and aero helmets are available in the US exclusively through our distributor Quintana Roo. Visit quintanarootri.com for the full collection, US pricing, fast domestic shipping, no import duties, and local returns and warranty service.

Our speed skating products, transition bags and custom gear ship to the US from our warehouse in the Netherlands at real-time carrier rates. Import duties and taxes are charged by US customs on delivery and are not included in your order total.

How Our Shipping Costs Work

Instead of using a fixed shipping chart, we calculate your shipping costs in real-time based on several factors:

  • The specific items in your cart
  • The total weight and dimensions of your order
  • Your exact shipping destination
  • Current rates from our shipping partner DHL

Benefits of Real-Time Shipping Calculations

  1. Accuracy: You’ll see the exact shipping cost for your unique order.
  2. Fairness: You only pay for the actual cost of shipping your specific items.
  3. Transparency: Clear breakdown of shipping costs during checkout.
  4. Up-to-date: Our system automatically adjusts to any changes in carrier rates or product specifications.
