Use the Cádomotus Size Chart
Our chart shows the length of the last—the mold your shoe is built on—not the length of your foot.
➤ Choose a size that’s at least 2–4 mm longer than your longest foot for a snug, race-optimized fit.
Understand Width and Instep Height (1–5 Scale)
The app shows both measurements on a 1–5 scale:
- 3 = average → standard fit
- 2 or 4 = slightly narrow/wide or low/high → ideal for heat molding to fine-tune the fit
- 1 or 5 = very narrow/wide or very low/high → see options below
Wide Foot Tip
If you're borderline wide (scale 4), you can also try sizing up one size for more space.

The story of Bones Ceramic REDS is simple, take the superior steels used in our Super REDS and swap the steel balls for Grade 5, Silicone Nitride, Hot Isostatically pressed ceramic balls and you have Bones Ceramic REDS. Bones Ceramic REDS are lighter, and provide faster acceleration, because the balls weight much less. They create less friction and are thus faster than Super REDS, with or without lubricant! When you get dirt into your Ceramic REDS, the ceramic balls will help to re-polish the steel races flat again, providing a self-healing benefit because ceramic balls are so much harder than steel. Finally, ceramic balls will not rust, further lengthening their life. Ceramic REDS use a bone colored shield with laser engraved outer races for identification. Ceramic REDS are preferred by the pros and are skate rated.
