The key focus point in developing the Aeroracer suit was to improve swimming efficiency. Swim speed is important in short draft-legal races, which gives you a bigger chance to be in the leading group on the bike. But saving energy in the swim in long-distance triathlons is a bonus as well.
Aeroracer suits are made of Flow, a water repellent fabric. Instead of water penetrating the fabric, water particles stick to the outside and provide a ‘ball bearing’ effect. This reduces drag and gives you more speed in the water.
Once out of the water, the quick-drying, moisture-wicking and breathable material make sure you stay comfortable during the bike and run part, in all weather conditions.

With longer arm sleeves, smooth seams and pinstripe material woven into the arm sleeves and back, which again gives you the ‘ball bearing’ effect, they made a trisuit that is one of the most aerodynamic ones on the market. The Aeroracer suit has a zipper in the front, two back pockets for your gels or other race essentials and a special front panel. This front panel is detached from the shorts. It makes that the fabric won’t bunch up during the bike ride when you’re in aero position, and doesn’t restrict you in upright position during the run. Aerodynamics and comfort go hand in hand.
Graduating compression in the shorts helps reduce muscle soreness and fatigue during a race or workout. The tri specific padding has a dimple top layer, which reduces the contact area, enhances air permeability and has a dry feel. The padding has compact design, which doesn’t restrict you in the run, is quick drying and reduces friction and shafing.
