Top questions
Where is my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you get an email with a DHL tracking link. You can also ask CadoWiki Live (the chat, bottom right) with your email address and postcode, and it will look up the status for you.
What size should I order?
Scan your feet with our free 3D foot scan on your phone, then pick the size that matches your longest foot. Scan in the evening or after training, when your feet are at their largest. How to scan your feet
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days. Start the return in your customer account; return shipping is at your own cost. Custom-made products can't be returned. Return & refund policy
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free in the Netherlands from €100 and in the rest of Europe from €200. Below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout. Europe ships with DHL Express Economy, the rest of the world with DHL Express. Orders ship on the next working day, and delivery takes 2-10 days depending on your destination.
My size is sold out. When is it back?
Click "Notify me" on the product page and you'll get an email the moment your size is back in stock. We can't give exact restock dates in advance. Need it sooner? CadoWiki Live can suggest an in-stock alternative.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact form; we reply within 24 hours on working days. For sizing and product questions, CadoWiki Live answers right away.
Orders & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Enter your address at checkout to see the options and cost for your country.
I live in the USA. Where do I buy?
Triathlon cycling shoes and aero helmets are sold in the US by our distributor Quintana Roo: US prices, domestic shipping, no import duties and local returns. Skates, bags and custom gear ship to the US from the Netherlands.
Will I pay import duties or VAT?
Outside the EU, EU VAT is removed at checkout. Your local customs may charge import duties and taxes on delivery; these are not included in our price and are paid to the carrier. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside EU VAT as well.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change. Once the parcel is on its way, cancel by returning it instead.
I received the wrong or a damaged item.
Sorry about that. Let us know within 10 working days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I order two sizes and return one?
Yes, that's possible within the normal 30-day return policy. Unused items in their original packaging only, and return shipping is at your cost.
Sizing & fit
How does the 3D foot scan work?
You need your phone, an A4 or Letter sheet of paper and the socks you ride or skate in. The app takes a few pictures of each foot and gives your length, width and instep height. Share the result with CadoWiki Live and it recommends a size per model.
I'm between two sizes.
Go for the larger size if you measured in the morning, or if your feet are wide or high. If you measured in the evening and have about 2 mm of room, the smaller size gives a tighter race fit.
I have wide feet. Which shoe should I choose?
Our 4E models (Chronos 4E, Worldcup 4E, Synchro Aero 4E) have a built-in wide fit. CarbonShell™ models fit average feet (width 3 in the scan); with width 4, going one size up often works. Very wide feet can order a CarbonShell™ shoe in a wide version on request: about 8 weeks and a surcharge.
I have narrow feet.
Choose a standard-width model rather than a 4E. Heat-molding then fine-tunes the fit.
How do I heat-mold my shoes or skates?
Follow our heat-molding instructions. For skates, always remove the frame before heating. Pressure on one spot (ankle bone, little toe) can often be fixed by molding just that area.
How do I choose ice blade length?
By body height, not shoe size. Boot size & blade length guide
Returns, warranty & crash replacement
How do I return something?
Log in to your account, choose the order and items, pick a reason and follow the shipping steps. Returning from outside the EU? Attach the export proof to the parcel marked "Customs Documents", or you may be charged duties again. US customers return triathlon shoes and aero helmets to Quintana Roo. Full policy
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 days after we've received and checked your return, on your original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Email support@cadomotus.com with your order number and the size and colour you'd like instead.
What does the warranty cover?
Helmets and bags have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (shell, buckles, zippers, seams, visor magnet). Crash damage, normal wear and transport damage are not covered. Crashed? See our crash replacement offer below.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@cadomotus.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the whole product, a close-up of the problem and the label inside, plus a short description. Helmet warranty · Bag warranty
I crashed. Can I get a discount on new shoes or a new helmet?
Yes. If your shoes or helmet are damaged in a crash within 2 years of purchase, you get 40% off a replacement of the same or a comparable model. Send us a message via the contact form with your proof of purchase, photos of the damage and a short description of the crash. One replacement per product; shipping not included.
I need a spare part (dial, buckle, visor, magnet).
You'll find them in our shop: cycling shoe parts · helmet parts · inline frames & parts · ice accessories & parts. Can't find yours? Send us the model and a photo.
Products & compatibility
Which pedals and cleats fit your shoes?
Most of our cycling and triathlon shoes use the standard 3-bolt road pattern, which fits Shimano SPD-SL and Look KÉO cleats: for example the Chronos Aero, Chronos 4E, Worldcup 4E and Synchro Aero 4E.
Our Wahoo Speedplay direct-mount models, like the Chronos Bianco Speedplay Direct Mount, have a 4-bolt mount for Wahoo Speedplay cleats and pedals, no adapter needed.
We also sell cleats: Shimano SPD-SL (yellow 6°, blue 2°, red fixed), Look KÉO (0° and 9° grip) and Wahoo Speedplay. For the lowest-stack triathlon setup, combine Wahoo Speedplay Aero Pedals with Wahoo Speedplay Direct Mount cleats.
Which visor fits my helmet?
SKY 2.0 visors fit the Omega and Sigma-II. The Alpha-3+ uses the A2 snap-on visor.
Will this frame or blade fit my boot?
Check the mounting distance (hole to hole) of your boot against the product page. If they match, it fits. Not sure? Send CadoWiki Live your boot model and the measured distance.
3 x 125 mm or 4 x 100/110 mm wheels?
Four smaller wheels give more stability and control, good for learning and technical courses. Three big wheels roll faster and suit experienced skaters and long distances. Skates like the Agility-3 take both setups.
Which triathlon shoe is right for me?
Chronos Aero for Olympic to long distance; Worldcup T2 for fast transitions and sprint racing; the 4E versions for wide feet. CadoWiki Live can compare them for your foot and race.
Kids skates
Will my child's skates grow with them?
Rookie skates come with Resizer insoles: one shell covers up to three sizes (for example, a size 37 fits like 35, 36 and 37). Start with the insoles in and remove them as the foot grows.
Rookie One or Rookie Two?
Same frame, wheels and shell. The Rookie Two has a higher boot for more ankle support.
What's the largest kids' size?
Kids' skates go up to EU 42 / US 9. Above that, look at our adult skates.
Payments, prices & discounts
Do you have a discount code?
No. We don't offer discounts: that protects our brand value and lets us keep investing in R&D to deliver the fastest triathlon shoes.
Why is the price different at checkout?
Prices include Dutch VAT. Outside the EU, VAT is removed and DHL Express shipping is added, so your total depends on the country you enter.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
