Use the Cádomotus Size Chart
Our chart shows the length of the last—the mold your shoe is built on—not the length of your foot.
➤ Choose a size that’s at least 2–4 mm longer than your longest foot for a snug, race-optimized fit.
Understand Width and Instep Height (1–5 Scale)
The app shows both measurements on a 1–5 scale:
- 3 = average → standard fit
- 2 or 4 = slightly narrow/wide or low/high → ideal for heat molding to fine-tune the fit
- 1 or 5 = very narrow/wide or very low/high → see options below
Wide Foot Tip
If you're borderline wide (scale 4), you can also try sizing up one size for more space.
Following these guidelines ensures a snug yet comfortable fit for optimal performance.

Anyone can mold skating boots using this tool.
Follow these steps:
- Mark the position of the ankle bones when the skaters feet is in the boots
- Heat up the boots for 15 minutes at 60-80 degrees Celsius
- Place the tool in between the ankle pockets at the marked position
- Expand the tool up the to designated width
- Let the boot cool down with the tool in place
- Remove the tool
Tip:
For one side molding only you heat up just the side that needs molding using a heat gun.
