We work with events from 500 participants upward. For smaller quantities, contact us to discuss options.
We recommend 6 months before race day for maximum flexibility in design, production, and shipping. Shorter timelines are possible — contact us to discuss.
The minimum order quantity is 500 units per style. In some cases, we can add a smaller quantity in a second style — for example, when both bags use the same fabric. A surcharge may apply for lower quantities.
We understand that setting a quantity 6 months out is difficult when you don't yet know how many athletes will register. We can increase production quantity up to 2 months before your event date. A surcharge applies mainly because the additional units ship by air rather than by ocean freight. We always work with you to find the most economical solution. Any overstock is often sold separately by the organizer to friends, family, and supporters. Thanks to our functional, high-quality designs, fans, spectators, and volunteers regularly want to purchase one.
Yes. Multiple logo placements are available: front panel, side panels, shoulder straps, zipper pullers, and bag liner. This makes the bag a genuine sponsor activation tool.
Our collection includes over a dozen styles — from 8L string bags to 42L athlete backpacks, plus duffel bags, gear bags, hydration packs, dry bags, waist bags, bottle bags, and toiletry bags. We update and add styles annually, and can make modifications on request to fit your specific event needs.
Yes. Deliveries within the EU are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — one inclusive price, no customs handling required. Outside the EU, standard delivery is CIF. DDP is available as an option depending on the destination.
Standard production uses durable, water-resistant fabrics designed for heavy use. RPET (recycled PET) is available for events prioritizing sustainability.
