Cádomotus Bag Warranty Policy

At Cádomotus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. 2-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase, covers all Cádomotus bags against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered:

  • Broken zippers or buckles due to faulty manufacturing

  • Defective stitching or seams that compromise the structural integrity

  • Material failures that are not the result of improper use

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (abrasion, fading, broken wheels/handles due to extensive use)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification

  • Damage due to airline handling or transport services

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

How to Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@cadomotus.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) from an authorized dealer or our official webshop

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect (Full view of the front and back of the bag, Close-up of the issue or defect)

  • A photo of the car label inside the bag

Once we receive and assess your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair of the item

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent model

  • Store credit if replacement is not possible

Please note that warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our support team. We aim to resolve claims fairly and efficiently.
